Fab Days
A single, sharp day with your leadership team. Or a pack across the year.
The Problem
You don’t need a quarter of consulting. You need a day of doing.
Leadership teams know what to talk about. What they often lack is the protected day, the right structure, and an experienced outside voice who can keep the conversation honest. A Fab Day is that day — a deliberately small format that produces a small number of clear decisions you can act on the following Monday.
Six Formats
Pick the day that fits
Strategy Day
For founders and small leadership teams at an inflection point. Outputs: one strategic move chosen, one explicitly deprioritised, a 90-day plan.
Partnership Day
For organisations sitting on a partnership that should be working but is not. Outputs: applied Stage Gate, value map, next 90-day governance.
Innovation Day
For teams who keep generating ideas and stalling at the second meeting. Outputs: one idea progressed to commitment, two parked with a reason, one killed.
Product Day
For product leaders sharpening positioning, metrics, or roadmap. Outputs: clarified ICP, a corrected metric set, the next three product decisions.
Board Day
For Chairs and CEOs preparing a serious board meeting. Outputs: rehearsed narrative, the three questions the board will actually ask, paper structure.
Training Day
For teams learning one of the Fab Campaigns frameworks — typically C1–C4 Classification or the Partnership Stage Gate — applied to live cases.
How A Fab Day Runs
Quiet preparation, intense day, written outputs
-
Set-up · one week before
30-minute call to confirm the day’s question, the attendees, and what success looks like. A short pre-read goes to participants 48 hours ahead.
-
The day · 09:30 → 16:30
Held at your site, on neutral ground, or in the Hampshire Downs if outdoor framing is part of the design. Four working sessions with proper breaks. I facilitate; you decide.
-
Outputs · within 48 hours
A written record of decisions taken, decisions deferred, and what each person owns. Short. Specific. Forwardable.
-
Follow-up · one week later
30-minute check-in to test whether the decisions are actually being executed. This is where many days quietly fail. We make sure yours does not.
As A Pack
Or buy them by the four, eight, or twelve
For teams who need ongoing senior facilitation across the year, Fab Days are typically purchased as a pack. A pack of four works as a quarterly cadence. Eight works as a fortnightly rhythm across half a year. Twelve covers a full strategic year and effectively replaces a fractional retainer at a lower commitment.
Starter Pack — four days. Useful for one-off projects with phases. A discount over single-day pricing.
Growth Pack — eight days. Half-year cadence. Stronger discount, plus framework licensing included on a single team.
Transformation Pack — twelve days. Full year of senior facilitation. Best price per day. Often the right answer when a fractional retainer is more capacity than needed.
Investment
Single day from £2,300 · Board Day from £3,750 · Packs from £10,080
Single day includes pre-call, materials, facilitation, written record and follow-up check-in. Packs include the framework toolkit and a master licence for one team to use the frameworks internally.

A Fab Day is a low-commitment way to work with Fab Campaigns at full intensity. Many engagements start here. Some stop here, because the day produced what was needed.
