Partnership Architecture
for Ventures That
Build What Matters

Most growth problems look like sales problems and turn out to be partnership problems. The relationships that matter most — channel partners, ecosystem allies, institutional sponsors, technology integrators — get built on hope and handshakes, then asked to carry weight they were never structured for.

Fab Campaigns is Fabrizio De Liberali’s strategic partnerships practice. Embedded fractional advisory, proprietary frameworks, and board-level contribution for founders and leadership teams ready to grow through relationships, not transactions.

What I do

Three ways in

Diagnose the bottleneck. Build the structure. Embed for the long arc. Most engagements start small and earn their way deeper — there is no funnel, just scope that matches reality.

01 · Diagnose

Map the bottleneck before committing to scope. 48-hour diagnostics, Fab Days, governance readiness reviews. From £1,500.

02 · Build

Design and stand up the partnership operating model. Partnership sprints, full architecture programmes, UK market entry. From £10,000.

03 · Embed

Fractional capability inside the leadership team. Fractional Partnership Director, Advisory Board, cross-border deal facilitation. From £2,000 per month.

The frameworks

Six proprietary frameworks. Available for direct delivery, board-level implementation, or under the Licensed Partner Programme.

  • FabCube Base — multi-jurisdictional governance and conflict-of-interest framework.
  • Partnership Stage Gate — three-gate decision model: worth talking, worth building, worth formalising.
  • C1–C4 Information Classification — four-tier protocol with Licensed Partner pathway.
  • The Five Partnership Principles — partnerships, embedding, adventure, presence, growth.
  • Ethical Ratchet — directional model for technology ethics; standards rise, they do not fall.
  • Impact-Driven Cyber Governance — board-level cyber readiness, aligned to the UK Cyber Governance Code of Practice.
Currently building

Rooted in the UK,
building across mountain territories worldwide

The frameworks aren’t theoretical. They are developed and refined in live ventures operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, alongside advisory work with clients across the UK and Europe.

Based in Winchester. London every two weeks for client sessions, board commitments, and NED meetings. Active engagements across the UK and European mountain regions, with deep networks wherever terrain, climate, and environment shape the way organisations operate.

Diagnose · Build · Embed · NED

Alongside client work, I am actively building a Non-Executive Director portfolio — working with Nurole and the Institute of Directors. Available for board roles in environmental, technology, and public-sector contexts.
