My frameworks — the Information Classification Protocol, the Chinese Wall governance model, and the Partnership Principles suite — have been developed through real ventures operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Smart Mountains (environmental intelligence for mountain territories, seeding round 2026) and Imprese Favolose (Alpine climate tech incubator) are active ventures where I apply and refine these approaches every day — alongside my advisory work with clients across sectors.
Based in Winchester, I work with ventures and leadership teams across the UK and London, with active engagements across European mountain regions and globally wherever terrain, climate, and environment shape the way organisations operate.
