Proprietary frameworks licensed and delivered to clients as standalone programmes: the Information Classification Protocol (ICP), the Chinese Wall governance model, and the Partnership Principles suite — available as training, certification, and board-level implementation.

Leadership Coaching

One-to-one and small-group coaching for founders and senior leaders — grounded in real operational experience, and occasionally taken into the field. Adventure and outdoor environments as direct learning contexts for decision-making, risk, and team dynamics.

Market Entry & Territory Strategy

Building the relationships and frameworks needed to enter new geographies with credibility — across the UK, European mountain regions, and globally wherever climate, terrain, and environment drive the commercial landscape. Deep networks built over decades of cross-border work.

Fractional Leadership

Acting as your Chief Partnerships Officer or Head of Business Development on a part-time basis — 1–2 days per week, embedded in your team — without the full-time overhead.

Non-Executive Director

Independent board-level contribution for organisations at an inflection point. Available for NED roles in environmental, technology, and public sector contexts — Winchester-based, London every two weeks.
