Fab Campaigns Terms and Conditions. Consultancy Service Agreement.

- A standard engagement proposal is “accepted” upon a minimum payment of 1,600.00£ to Fab Campaigns Ltd (plus VAT where applicable).
- This will entitle you to a max of 8 hours of time to progress your project and scope and define in detail any additional work you need from us.
- You can use those eight hours for a maximum of twelve meetings that you can book via a dedicated Calendly Calendar.
- We will log our work in 30 minutes intervals.
- The engagement can be terminated at any time by both parties.
- Additional costs are not included and will be quoted in advance for approval.
- Travel time will be quoted in advance for approval.
- Offline planning and work will be logged and journaled and shared for approval.
- Our Cancellation:
- More than 72 hours before the meeting: free.
- Less than 72 hours before the meeting: we will refund the equivalent of 50% of the booked time.
- Less than 48 hours before the meeting: we will refund the equivalent of 100% of the booked time.
- No liability or damages
- Your Cancellation:
- More than 72 hours before the meeting: free.
- Less than 72 hours before the meeting: 50% of the booked time.
- Less than 48 hours before the meeting: 100% of the booked time.
- Less than 12 hours or no cancellation: 200% of the booked time
