SUCCESSION AND CONTINUITY

Company Dissolution Clause

In the event that FabCampaigns Ltd ceases operations, becomes defunct, or is unable to fulfill licensing obligations, all licensing authority automatically transfers to Fabrizio de Liberali personally.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Owner or Licensor be liable for any damages arising from the use of these Materials, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

License Termination

This license may be terminated immediately upon notice for any violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the Materials.

Governing Law

This license is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Severability

If any provision of this license is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
